We are recruiting an experienced Service Controller, based at our Romsey Service Centre (SO51 9AQ): You will be the first point of customer contact to ensure enquiries are dealt with both professionally and efficiently. Working closely with the Service Supervisor you will also be responsible for daily coordination and administration of all required works both in our workshop and Field Service operations in and across the south coast or surrounding areas to ensure that jobs are completed on time achieving both customer and internal KPI’s. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Regional Service Manager, based between our Hayes and Romsey Service Centres. This is a full-time role reporting directly to the Managing Director. You will be responsible for the management of a busy diesel engineering service business, which encompasses both workshop and Field Service operations in and across the south coast and surrounding areas. This includes full profit and loss responsibility and the need to ensure a maximum return on investment and optimise the potential for growth. You will use agreed KPI’s to proactively manage labour sales, drive performance and control budget expenditure.
