ZF Marine Service Support
Preventative maintenance is important to protect your investment to keep it in tip-top condition and ready to power up when needed.
However, even with regular scheduled maintenance component wear is inevitable. Our experienced Service Engineers and Workshop Technicians can provide an overhaul and repair service that will extend the life of your gearbox and return it to a just-like-new condition. Overhauls can be a very economical alternative to replacement unit purchase.
If your vessel operates on a duty cycle that cannot allow for extended downtime for repairs, we can provide a new gearbox, or if available, a “swing” gearbox. Swing gearboxes minimize down-time in the event a major component repair is necessary.
