We are proud to announce that we were awarded Gold Status in Allison Transmission’s 2024 Performance Reward Programme. The award was presented to Darron Griffiths at Allison’s EMEA Distributor / Direct Dealer Conference Meeting held in Malaga, Spain.
This award places Mitchell Powersystems, the sole UK and Ireland Distributor, among the top 25% of Allison’s entire distributor network.
Allison Transmission’s Performance Rewards Program (PRP) aims to:
Encourage improvements in performance among Distributors.
Continually raise the bar on customer service offered to end users.
Establish a competitive advantage over other service providers by creating a robust service network to support Allison’s products.
The PRP is judged on nine metrics across the following categories:

▶ Turnaround time
▶ Total parts sales
▶ Total ReTran sales
▶ Customer satisfaction survey results
